Havin' A Splash

Christmas is over; New Year is soon to come with cooler days. I am so waiting for Spring and Summer to a warmer weather. As I was thinking about this, I came across a fun kit by Scrappin' Serenity called Havin' A Splash. It's such a perfect kit to bring my mood to a nicer and warmer sun so I can enjoy the pool or a vacation at one of the beautiful beaches. This kit picks me up and gives me something to look into the next couple months. You can say I am day dreaming, but at least it makes me feel much happier, lol.

Check out this Havin' A Splash kit at her store here. There is also a quick page set available for your convenience. Both are currently on sale so hurry. Here are the previews for a closer look,

I scrapped 2 layouts using this fun kit.  Here they are for your inspiration.  This first LO is for this month Template challenge.  Instead of having a Christmas theme, I twisted the template for a summer look.

A Play Day Reviewed

Hello everyone! It's Thao, CT member here. I have a pretty cute kit to review to day. It's called Play Day by A-Manda Creation. This kit is packed with so many papers and elements for you to use scrapping any of your little one's play dates to adult's get together. The colors are bright and happy as well. You sure will not want to miss this kit. There are also add-ons for quickpages, bragbook pages, clustered frames, page titles, or just get the bundle and save. Take a look at these previews and grab them in her store here.

And here are how I used this amazing kit.  First layout is for this month Scraplift challenge at STS.

This layout is for this month Scrap What? challenge also at STS.  We are supposed to scrap a favorite memory of 2011 and here is mine.  My hubby and I went on a lunch date just recently.  And you probably think why it was special or memorable.  The reason is that my husband commute a very long distance for work, so we rarely have chances to go out to lunch together during regular days.  So with some days off during this holiday season, I decided to ask him out for a lunch date.  We had lunch at a very nice restaurant which he had never been to, then off strolling the Mall.  We had a good time spending together and that was sure one of my favorite memory.

So off you go, click away to A-Manda's store here to check out her beautiful designs.
Thanks for reading through and have a wonderful day!
