Just Fallin' and a Freebie

Happy Sunday all, I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday. I'm here today to show you a new kit by Flower Scraps called Just Fallin’. A wonderful kit that is perfect for your fall pictures. A deep rich color scheme with lots of fun elements that will work for girl or boy layouts. Just looke at the linked preview below to see all the goodness.

My first layout I did for the font challenge in the forum and I really loved the combination of blue, green and orange. I think the mix really pops, plus I love the little touches in this kit like the copper brad because it is shiny and the multi-colored fall leaf. I know it doesn't take much to make me happy, but I love when a kit has little touches that draw your eye.
My second layout I used more of the just the greens and oranges. I love the papers, they are great patterns and I wanted to show them off. The green lattice paper is now one of my most favorites, it is simple yet elegant. I like papers that I can use over and over and this is definitely one that I will return too.

I also created a freebie for you, using the kit. The preview is linked so you just have to click on the preview to download. I hope you find a good use for it!!!!
Make sure you head over to the store and pick up Just Fallin’ to add to your stash.

Cute Cutout Templates by Manda Lane Scraps

I've had a great time playing with products in the STS store this month.  So much fun in fact that I realized it's almost the end of the month and I haven't told you about them yet!  As the title states, these Cute Cut Out Templates are just that plus they can save you a lot of time!  Check them out!

The first layout I made with these templates was from our family bowling night.  This is the first time we had done this with the boys and was a ton of fun.  I used Manda Lane's kit retro bowl.  I really love all the different types of cut out rectangles and squares on this template.  It's so cool.  It was just right for these pictures.

For my second layout with this pack I used a combination of Eileen and Birthday Girl by Flower Scraps to finish off the last page of my niece Jessica's birthday.  She had a polka-dot theme for her birthday so I had to use the circle cut out template!  I added an extra layer under the cut-out for a little definition and the rectangular cut out was just perfect for my journaling.

A Passionate Summer and Freebie

all, I hope you are having a great week. Today I'm going to show you layouts I made with a kit by Queen Bee Scraps called A Passionate Summer. This is a wonderful kit that has wonderful colors and elements that lend themselves to beautiful and elegant layouts. And I was given permission to create a freebie for you from the kit, so today is your lucky day. Here is a linked preview of the kit so you can see the beautifulness.

My first layout I did for the template challenge in the forum, and it is a great template. I really love mix of burgundy, gold and black, because it looks so classy no matter what the photos are. On this one I used photos of my nephew.

My second layout was created for the recipe challenge. If you've not checked out the challenges, you should. I love the flowers in the kit and how easy it is to create a simple yet stylish layout with just a few pieces from this kit.

I created a freebie frame for you too, the preview is linked, so you simply just have to click on it to download.
